IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!
Over the past 3 years I have been through more life changes than I could have ever imagined.
As the opportunist that I am, I wanted to take the time to update all my friends and family on what has been going on in my life.
I have almost decided not to go through with this because of the severe anxiety I have about this next phase of life and if I am being really honest, I’m not really sure how to talk to an audience that rarely hears from me. Most of the time you only hear from me when it is my wife tagging myself or the kids in pictures of us moving to a new city or experience.
It has taken some time to really take stock of my life and realized I have been distant and disconnected from the world and reality around me for a while. It wasn’t until COVID shook me out of this haze that I had entered in my life that I realized I wasn’t really living the life I thought I was.
I felt trapped by my own actions and the life I wanted was right in front me but yet I was always chasing something else.
Well the last couple of months I have been doing some deep soul searching and I am going to focus on three things for the next year.
- Self-healing
- Self-care
- Self-reflection.
There will be no more mysterious Tevin any more. I am shedding away old ways and looking to improve my life. For me, for my wife, for my kids, and for my friends.

Starting today I am launching my new blog called the Redeemed Narcissist. It is a blog that I will be openly processing through my personal journey plus process whatever other thoughts that I might have. Some of it is serious, some of it is funny, most of it is just me saying what is on my mind. The catch is that I will be using the “Moon Men” to process emotions and responses.
I certainly deal with what narcissism is, how it manifests and manifested in my life and how it's both a power for evil and good but I will also be spending time talking about mental health and its importance to daily life.
